Team Leader at Avarn Security

Avarn Security has been assigned to deliver personnel security services to the Saab Group in Sweden and abroad. The delivery is a significant part of a coordinated security delivery with Avarn Security's security and technology organization.

The coordinated security delivery is one of Sweden's most complex, dynamic, and visible assignments with a nationwide customer responsibility for the group.

Job Responsibilities:

As a team leader, you will lead and distribute work on-site. The position includes uniformed service as well as administrative and consulting work towards the client. You should be able to make decisions, prioritize, and be accustomed to working in a security-classified environment. You are structured, follow up on delivery, and maintain close communication with the client and your superior at Avarn. You are a driven leader who is social and outgoing with a strong focus on security.

Qualifications:

You have good leadership qualities, communication skills, are service-oriented, and solution-focused. You enjoy working in a team as well as independently. You have experience handling technical systems and working with the Office suite. You are currently a security guard and have experience working in a security-classified environment. You should speak Swedish and English fluently. Experience with CCTV systems and alarm systems as well as previous leadership experience is an advantage.

In addition to the personal qualities we are looking for, you must meet the basic requirements to qualify for the position:

• at least 18 years old before starting the assignment
• high school diploma
• good Swedish in speech and writing
• driver's license B
• civil security guard training (or military security guard training, completed from 2016 or later)

Desirable:

• guard training (VU1 + VU2)
• weapon training

We place great emphasis on your personal maturity when assessing suitability for the position. The employment is security-classified, and we conduct a security review with a background check according to the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Therefore, you must be a Swedish citizen.
